Welcome to SuperVision CPD! I am Veronica J. Motley, Ed.D., CPCS, NCC, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision and over seventeen years of culturally informed clinical experience. I have spent the last fourteen years in private practice and as a mental health clinician at the Emory University School of Medicine Division of Infectious Diseases at Emory University Hospital Midtown and at the Grady Ponce de Leon Center. In addition to my commitment to behavioral health, I also provide professional development and training to social services providers in the state of Georgia. I offer core continuing education in the field of Professional Counseling which meets related hour licensure requirements for Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Registered Play Therapists. Clinical supervision trainings meet the standard for obtaining the Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) credential in the state of Georgia. My goal is to promote both best practices and excellence in these respective fields of study. We offer a broad range of CE opportunities facilitated by licensed and trained clinicians.
I enjoy being a psychotherapist because I have found no better way to do work that is meaningful and transformative for others while simultaneously transforming, supporting and facilitating my own personal growth and transformation. I believe that learning life lessons from patients such as resilience, patience, and self-discovery is, in itself, a gift. For more information, please contact below.
